Casanova Restaurant was opened in 2005 by three Italian Friends; Antonio Cersosimo, Luca Montuori and Angelo Montuori with the idea of bringing to Cardiff authentic Italian food cooked with the finest ingredients.
Casanova is now regarded as one of the best and most authentic Italian restaurants in Wales. The food is freshly cooked using the very best of local produce and direct imports such as salami, extra virgin olive oil, truffles and pasta. The cuisine focuses on authenticity with an eye on modern techniques and styles. The menu is seasonal and not very extensive in order to ensure maximum quality and attention to detail.
